At Mountain Coffee Importers, we stand behind the quality of our freshly roasted specialty coffee. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
We accept returns for any reason, including both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet our eligibility requirements.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
- We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product may be new or lightly used, as long as it is the correct product originally ordered.
- Products that arrive incorrect, damaged, or with quality issues are eligible for replacement or refund.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been tampered with, altered, or that contain a different product than the one we shipped.
Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your payment method, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Return shipping is free for all orders within the United States.
Mountain Coffee Importers covers 100% of the return shipping cost, regardless of the reason for the return.
Customers will not pay any shipping or handling fees for returns.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been tampered with, altered, or used beyond a reasonable amount. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If there’s any delay due to high demand or stock availability, our team will contact you via email.
Shipping Time & Carriers
We ship nationwide within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected carrier.

Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Mountain Coffee Importers is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, you may request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at support@mountaincoffeeimporters.com.
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
